Vendor Fees:
Vendor Space $30.00 per space (25 x 30)
Food Vendor $60.00 per space

Spaces are on a first come first serve basis and also available to be reserved for the month ahead of time!

All vendors, vehicles and their merchandise must stay within their spaces (There will be no more than 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle and trailer allowed per space!)

All vendors will have a short window of time to unload any additional vehicles.

No Food or Beverages sold or given away by unauthorized vendors.

No loud music permitted.

Vendors are liable for the safety of their booths and tents. All tents and umbrellas must be anchored down at all times. Preferred method is weighted with tent weights, tent stakes are permitted.

Vendors are liable for the merchandise they sell. No knock offs permitted

All vendors MUST remove all garbage from their space, including cigarette butts, cups, and other debris. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines or loss of future vendor participation in the flea market.
Hours of Operation:
Vendor Set Up: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Flea Market Hours: 8:00 AM -3:00 PM (We kindly request no Pre-Packing before 3:00 PM)
We love our furry friends, however, No Pets are Allowed | Service Dogs must have registered paperwork accompanying the owner/animal at all times.
Merchandise Guidelines:
We welcome vendors who specialize in selling antiques, have household goods, Vinyl's, CD's, and DVD's, electronics, toys, bicycles, furniture, Second Hand Clothing, Costume Jewelry, Art, repurposed and hand made items.
Selling or displaying the following items is STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
Fireworks & Pyrotechnics, knives, Weapons, Guns of ANY TYPE, ammunition, Chemicals, Controlled Substances and related paraphernalia, Alcohol, Tobacco Products, Pornography of any kind (Photos, Literature, Videos, Film) and Counterfeit or Knockoff Designer Goods and/or Products of any kind.
Merchandise sold will be monitored for any of the above listed items and violators may not be able to resume as a vendor with our Flea Market. Management reserves the right to have any item which is deemed to be inappropriate removed. If the vendor disagrees, and at management discretion vendor will be asked to leave the premises.
